License Agreement

Effective Date: Upon purchase

Licensor: Reflections Production, California

1. Grant of License

Upon payment in full, Reflections Production (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Leadership Excellence Program materials (“Materials”) subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Uses

You MAY:

• Deliver the program unlimited times within your single organization
• Customize materials with your logo, branding, and organizational examples
• Print, copy, and distribute materials to participants within your organization
• Modify content to suit your organizational needs
• Use the materials indefinitely (no expiration)

3. Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials to third parties
• Share materials with other organizations, companies, or individuals outside your organization
• Sell or offer the program as a service to external clients (unless you purchase a Reseller License)
• Claim authorship of the original content
• Post materials publicly online or in any open-access format
• Remove copyright notices or attribution to Reflections Production

4. Definition of Single Organization

“Single organization” means one legal entity, including all internal departments and divisions. Separate subsidiaries, franchises, or affiliated companies require separate licenses.

5. Ownership

All Materials remain the intellectual property of Reflections Production. This license grants usage rights only. No ownership is transferred.

6. Customization

Licensee may modify and customize the Materials for internal use. Modified versions remain subject to this Agreement. Licensee may add their own branding but may not remove attribution to Reflections Production as the original source.

7. Delivery and Format

Materials are delivered as digital downloads in editable Microsoft Office format (Word, PowerPoint) and PDF. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once Materials have been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your download, contact info@reflectionsproduction.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Materials are provided “as is.” Reflections Production makes no warranties regarding the results Licensee may achieve. Licensor’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid.

10. Termination

This license remains in effect unless terminated. Licensor may terminate this license if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Materials.

11. Enterprise and Volume Licensing

Organizations seeking licenses for multiple locations, subsidiaries, or company-wide deployment should contact info@reflectionsproduction.com for enterprise pricing.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing the Leadership Excellence Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
